What the job really is

As a Recruiter for RBT Programs at Frontera, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of Registered Behavior Technicians in established markets, focusing on high-volume hiring. Your role involves sourcing candidates, maintaining pipelines, and building relationships with internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also travel to New Mexico periodically to engage with local candidates and community needs.
