What the job really is

The Employee Benefits Sales Consultant at Foundation Risk Partners is responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new clients while analyzing and creating comprehensive solutions to meet client needs. This role involves building relationships with C-level executives, sourcing referrals, attending industry events, and collaborating with the Account Management team to ensure client retention and success. The consultant is also expected to meet annual sales goals and continuously improve their selling skills through training.
