What the job really is

The Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative will manage claims resolution and address benefits inquiries for clients' employees and administrators. This role involves educating employees on benefit utilization, maintaining records in Salesforce, and ensuring timely resolution of benefit issues. The representative will also provide expertise on insurance processes and act as a primary resource for customer service support.
