What the job really is

As a Campus Recruiter at Formlabs, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process for over 50 interns annually, collaborating with internal teams to identify hiring needs and manage the intern program. Your role includes planning and attending college career fairs, onboarding interns, and promoting the company's talent brand while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
