What the job really is

As a Growth Marketing Engineer at Formic, you will be responsible for the technical setup and management of the marketing tech stack that drives lead generation and campaign performance. Your role involves designing AI-powered outreach systems, collaborating on multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring data integrity for measurable results. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance pipeline growth and contribute creatively to campaign ideation.
