What the job really is

As a Solutions Engineer at Formic, you will act as the primary technical partner for prospective customers, focusing on understanding their production challenges and designing robotic automation solutions. Your role involves leading technical discussions, analyzing production data, and collaborating with sales and deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions. You will also manage multiple proposals and provide recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback.
