What the job really is

As a Product Support Engineer at Formic, you will serve as the technical escalation point for Field Engineering, diagnosing and resolving complex issues encountered by Field Service Engineers (FSEs). Your role involves analyzing system failures, developing troubleshooting plans, and collaborating with Product Engineering to address systemic issues. You will also maintain and improve the knowledge base for your assigned systems, ensuring efficient support and operational effectiveness.
