  • Hands-on functional experience with a construction or project-accounting ERP such as CMiC, HCSS, Vista by Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, or Acumatica Construction.
  • Working knowledge of construction accounting and project cost processes, including job costing and billing as applied within an ERP.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into system configuration and workflow design.
Nice to have
  • Direct CMiC experience, including Enterprise, Field, or Collaborate modules, and CMiC Business Intelligence or Report Writer.
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly heavy civil, geotechnical, environmental, or specialty contracting.
  • Experience supporting an ERP upgrade, migration, or module implementation from planning through go-live.
  • Familiarity with API-based or middleware integrations, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, or construction platforms such as Procore or HCSS.
  • Experience in an environment subject to DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST SP 800-171, or CMMC.
