California Associate Program Interest Form

The California Associate Program at Foresight is designed for therapists seeking to enhance their clinical skills while working towards licensure. Associates will engage in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations, receive supervision and support, and participate in professional development activities. Although there are no current openings, interested clinicians can fill out an interest form to be considered for future opportunities.

• Consistent remote schedule aligned with availability
• Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
• Free in-house Continuing Education
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team
• Live trainings and support from IT and operations teams
• Supervision by an independently licensed therapist

• No active openings at this time; this is an interest form for future opportunities.
• Evening and/or weekend availability may be required.
• The role involves managing your own caseload, which may require strong organizational skills.
