What the job really is

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation of camera hardware at customer sites, primarily working overnight. This role requires physical stamina and proficiency with power tools, as well as the ability to meet quality and speed KPIs. The technician will also maintain records of installation activities and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
