Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker or crypto-native trading desk
Proven PnL generation from strategies you personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading
Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback

What the job really is

As a Digital Assets Trader at Flow Traders, you will develop and optimize trading strategies in both centralized (CeFi) and decentralized (DeFi) markets. You will work collaboratively with a global team to manage trading operations, monitor risks, and identify market inefficiencies, contributing to the overall performance of the trading portfolio.
