Associate Director, Product Compliance

As the Associate Director of Product Compliance at Flex, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for managing complex advisory reviews for product launches and changes, ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations. You will work closely with various teams, including Product and Engineering, to implement AI-enabled compliance workflows and improve existing processes, while documenting regulatory interpretations and coordinating with bank partners for approvals.
