What the job really is

As an Outbound Sales Development Manager at Fleetio, you will lead and coach a team of 8-10 outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline generation and improve conversion rates. Your role involves developing outbound strategies, holding the team accountable for performance, diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales processes. You will also present team performance and strategic insights to senior leadership, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
