What the job really is

The Senior Corporate Paralegal at FGS Global will provide high-level support to the Chief Legal Officer and the Global Legal & Compliance team. Daily responsibilities include managing corporate governance activities, maintaining corporate records, supporting stock plan administration, assisting with corporate transactions, and coordinating communication among various internal and external stakeholders.
