Manager in Training

As a Manager in Training, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, asking direct questions, and overcoming objections while maintaining a positive attitude. You will receive structured training and coaching to build your sales skills in a performance-driven environment.
