What the job really is

As a Special Educator in the Early Intervention Program, you will work with children and their families to provide individualized lessons based on the goals outlined in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Your responsibilities include developing creative lessons, tracking progress, maintaining communication with a multidisciplinary team, and attending relevant meetings and trainings.
