What the job really is

As a Behavior Technician (RBT) at Family of Kidz, you will work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA therapy principles and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition. Your role will involve managing learners, implementing Behavior Support Plans, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring a safe environment. This full-time position requires you to acquire and maintain RBT credentials within the first 90 days of employment.
