What the job really is

The Design Assistant at FAM Brands will support the Senior Designer in creating innovative sports bra designs that meet the company's aesthetic and performance standards. Daily tasks include assisting with trend research, preparing presentation materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing sample logistics, and maintaining design documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
