What the job really is

The Maintenance Technician at Fairstead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of maintaining the property's physical assets. This includes inspecting buildings and equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing vacated units for new occupants. The role also involves participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues and maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools.
