What the job really is

The Maintenance Technician at Fairstead will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property, including inspecting buildings and equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role also involves preparing vacated units for new occupants, managing inventory of supplies, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues.
