Occupancy Specialist

The Occupancy Specialist at Fairstead is responsible for managing resident files and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and HPD guidelines. Daily tasks include processing recertifications, calculating rents, identifying income discrepancies, and maintaining resident documentation, while also serving as the primary contact for compliance-related inquiries.
