Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager at Fairstead is responsible for supervising leasing specialists and ensuring the occupancy and renewal rates of assigned rental units. Daily tasks include handling prospective residents, conducting eligibility interviews, preparing leases, maintaining lease records, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The role also involves strategizing with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals and providing ongoing customer service to residents.
