What the job really is

As a Maintenance Technician at Fairstead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of properties, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained. Your duties will include inspecting buildings, performing repairs, implementing maintenance policies, and responding to emergency maintenance issues. You will also maintain an inventory of supplies and prepare vacated units for new occupants.
