What the job really is

The Senior HRBP & Strategic Projects Lead will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Faire's UK organization, collaborating closely with the Head of International and the UK leadership team. This role involves leading talent management, performance, and organizational effectiveness efforts, while also driving strategic HRBP projects to enhance engagement and decision-making. Additionally, the candidate will leverage people data to influence decisions and manage day-to-day HR operations in the UK.
