What the job really is

As a Staff Data Scientist at Evolve, you will lead the development of data and machine-learning products that enhance owner acquisition, retention, and pricing strategies. Your role involves turning ambiguous business opportunities into robust production systems, building and operating ML systems end-to-end, and collaborating with various teams to integrate models into workflows. You will also mentor other data scientists and set technical standards for the team.
