Color Design Associate

The Color Design Associate at Everlane will assist Design Managers in creating seasonal color palettes and visual assets, manage dip and pattern development, and ensure color consistency across collections. Daily tasks include building color and pattern palettes, maintaining visual line sheets, and collaborating with various teams to inform future design decisions. This role emphasizes teamwork, feedback, and a commitment to sustainability in fashion design.

• Compensation range of $20.50-$32.00 per hour
• Hybrid work schedule with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays
