What the job really is

The SVP Biometrics at Erasca will lead biometrics activities for all programs from IND-enabling to registration and launch, overseeing Biostatistics, Statistical Programming & Analysis, and Clinical Data Management functions. This role involves both hands-on execution and oversight of teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic input on clinical development documents. The position requires excellent technical skills, experience in oncology drug development, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
