What the job really is

The Mechanical Technician at Enviva is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery used in pellet manufacturing. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as motors, conveyors, and pumps, as well as maintaining safety and environmental standards. The role requires working with various tools and machinery, documenting maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment reliability.
