NetCredit Collections Representative (Remote)

As a NetCredit Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to understand their financial challenges and help them maintain loan payments. Your role will involve managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving customer concerns, and accurately recording all interactions in the company's database. This position requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
