What the job really is

As an Occupational Therapist at Engage Senior Therapy, you will provide on-site therapy services to senior living communities, focusing on geriatric patients. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, leading wellness initiatives, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families. You will work across multiple locations, ensuring that patients receive quality care tailored to their needs.
