What the job really is

As an Occupational Therapist at Engage Senior Therapy, you will provide on-site therapy services to senior living communities, focusing on the geriatric population. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, leading wellness initiatives, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families. You will also document patient care services and deliver care at multiple assisted living locations.
