Program Director, Jail Diversion

The Program Director for the Jail Diversion Program at Eliot will oversee clinical coordination and staff supervision while collaborating with police and community stakeholders to divert individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges from the criminal justice system to appropriate treatment services. The role involves developing community partnerships, conducting staff supervisions, and ensuring adequate program coverage, all within a structured Monday to Friday schedule.
