Senior Plant Operator 

As a Senior Plant Operator at Electra, you will oversee and manage real-time production operations at the facility, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance. Your responsibilities will include operating electrochemical plant equipment, monitoring process parameters, responding to alarms, and coordinating with maintenance teams. You will also execute startup and shutdown activities, maintain operational logs, and participate in safety meetings while working various shifts, including nights and weekends.
