Client Manager, Commercial Lines

The Client Manager at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is responsible for managing client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period for an assigned book of business. This role involves client-facing interactions, supporting Producers and account teams, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
