Commercial Lines Assistant Client Manager

As a Commercial Lines Assistant Client Manager at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, managing the certificate renewal process, and maintaining documentation in the agency management system. Your role will involve preparing renewal workflows, assisting with proposal preparations, and ensuring timely issuance of insurance certificates and endorsements. You will also support policy maintenance and coordinate marketing meetings as needed.
