What the job really is

In this role as a Project Manager, you will oversee the success of serial renovation projects in the housing sector, managing everything from planning and tendering to construction supervision and commissioning. You will collaborate closely with planning, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring project organization, timelines, costs, and quality standards are met while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
