What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 6+ years in Fraud and Risk with hands-on ownership of fraud prevention for transactional or high-volume products
  • Strong grasp of fraud fundamentals: account takeovers, synthetic/friendly fraud, triangulation, chargebacks and disputes, device/behavioural signals, rules, ML models, and evidence workflows
  • Deep understanding of authentication & authorization fundamentals: MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identity integrations, role-based access control
  • Data-first operator comfortable with funnels, experimentation, KPIs, and trade-off modelling (conversion vs fraud loss vs ops cost)
  • Proven prioritization and crisp problem framing; able to influence across distributed global teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised, resourceful, entrepreneurial.
Nice to have
  • Any experience in PCI compliance, KYC/KYB workflows
What the job really is

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Risk and Fraud at Easyship, you will own the roadmap for account management and subscription management, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences. You will define problem statements, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement features that mitigate fraud and enhance trust for merchants. Your role will also involve analyzing user journeys and market trends to optimize fraud prevention strategies and drive business impact.
