What the job really is

As a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst at DYOPATH, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks. You will log interactions in a ticketing system, ensure timely resolution of issues, and follow up with users to confirm their satisfaction. This role also involves participating in special projects and pursuing ongoing training and certifications to enhance your skills.
