What the job really is

As a Warehouse Shift Lead at DashMart, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced fulfillment center, ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled and inventory is maintained. Your responsibilities include leading a team of Operations Associates, managing safety and cleanliness, and engaging in both warehouse and kitchen tasks as needed. You will also be accountable for customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
