  • 10+ years of commercial design experience with expertise in Education (K-12 or Higher Ed)

What the job really is

As a Senior Interior Designer at DLR Group, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design educational environments, leading projects from pre-design to construction administration, primarily focused on K-12 and higher education. Your role includes client interactions, presentations, mentoring junior staff, and setting design visions and material palettes. You will also manage project scopes, estimates, and proposals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
