What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Technical Training in computer systems and hardware integration
  • Twelve (12) + years of hands-on experience with Signals Intelligence or Distributed Common Ground System, including three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training
  • Recognized expert with industry and/or military experience with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems
  • Security + CE Certification required within 60 days of employment
  • Active Top Secret Clearance walking through the door
Nice to have
  • Prior Marine Corps system experience with an emphasis on SIGINT and C4I
  • Automated Testing experience
  • Familiar with JIRA and CMPro
  • Experience with VMware, Linux, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Host-Based Security System (HBSS)
What the job really is

The TCAC Test Analyst will be responsible for functional requirements-based testing and integration testing of the TCAC systems used by the Marine Corps. Daily tasks include analyzing functional requirements, preparing test steps and cases, developing documentation such as Test Plans and Test Reports, and reporting and tracking software defects identified during testing.
