What the job really is

The Supervisor, Advanced Manufacturing will lead daily operations across various manufacturing areas including CNC machining, robotic assembly, and automated anodizing. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring production targets are met, troubleshooting process issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor will also engage in resource planning, maintain safety and quality standards, and promote a culture of operational excellence.
