What the job really is

The Senior Manager, GTM Enablement is tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy for DISCO's Sales and Customer Success teams. This role involves creating structured onboarding programs, facilitating training sessions, and managing sales content while leveraging analytics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives. The manager will also lead a team, ensuring that sales methodologies are effectively adopted across the organization.
