Nice to have
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or GIAC certifications
What the job really is

As a Tier 1 IT Security Analyst at Digital Hands, you will be the first line of response for customer support, monitoring, and security incident triage. Your daily tasks will include monitoring customer environments, investigating alerts, responding to security events, and managing incidents. You will work closely with security and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
