What the job really is

As an Associate Authentication Analyst at DigiCert, you will be responsible for reviewing applications for digital certificates and determining the eligibility of applicants by evaluating their documentation and business legitimacy. You will also assist customers with inquiries regarding their applications, ensuring they meet security requirements and building strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
