What the job really is

As an Associate Authentication Analyst at DigiCert, you will be responsible for reviewing applications for digital certificates, ensuring that applicants meet eligibility requirements by evaluating their documentation and organizational legitimacy. You will also assist customers with inquiries regarding their applications, providing support through various communication channels while building relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
