What the job really is

The Technical Program Manager will focus on optimizing software development processes and managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables for DiDi's autonomous driving unit. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, tracking progress, managing software releases, and facilitating effective communication. The TPM will also be responsible for reporting on project status and driving corrective actions when necessary.
