What the job really is

The Senior/Staff System Safety Engineer, Autonomy will lead the safety strategy for fully autonomous driving systems at DiDi. This role involves defining safety frameworks, release policies, and engineering processes to ensure safe unmanned operations. The engineer will also collaborate with various teams to support deployment and scaling of autonomous systems while conducting safety evaluations and incident analyses.
