The Guest Relations Team Member role at Empower Field involves providing exceptional customer service during events such as football games and concerts. Team Members will greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment by monitoring fan behavior and enforcing venue policies. This part-time, seasonal position requires a commitment to creating a positive experience for all attendees.
