Workday Data Conversion Lead

As a Workday Data Conversion Lead at Definian, you will manage end-to-end data migration activities for Workday implementations, focusing on developing conversion strategies and leading testing cycles. Your role will involve collaborating with client teams, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring high-quality data conversion processes. You'll also be responsible for producing governance documentation and communicating project statuses to stakeholders.
